You'll also be notified of price changes on homes currently on the market.  Although there are certainly many web sites that display property information for consumers, the Home Finder Service is superior in several respects:  (1) The service is proactive.  It doesn’t depend on you having to revisit the web site to look for homes.  Instead, property descriptions are automatically e-mailed when announced.  This approach will save you time and make you aware of homes sooner rather than later.  (2) The information tends to be more complete.  For example, many consumer sites don’t provide property addresses.  This service does, giving you a much better idea if a property is suitable for your needs.  (3) Only properties that are labeled “available” are sent to you.  You may be surprised to learn that many consumer sites display properties that are in attorney-review and therefore not really available.  Finally, if you have follow-up questions about any property notice you receive, you have Ed Chaparro as a resource to answer your questions.
